The Trade Classifieds Service have basic features, and more may be added to and/or modified, or suspended from time to time at the sole discretion of MC International and Request-Funding.com with proper notification to network members.
This Service is intended to be use Only for Commercial purpose, and other intentions (such Personal or Other purpose) will void the membership and ban indefinitely the specific party.
Trade Classifieds allow their Members to display a Buy / Sell / Offer / Request leads (approval system required) on theirs products, services according to such category or sub-category. Additional category or subcategory will be added upon specific request from our users - please contact us.
Allow Members to edit (approval system required) or remove their leads via their own account. MC International reserve the rights to add more and/or stop temporarily or terminate all or part of the offered benefits at any time in its sole discretion with proper notification send to the provided email address.
- Members are not allowed to spam other members or use a link of Trade Classifieds to spam other Internet users, use unlawful claims, make misrepresentation, copyright and/or others expresses in Service Terms.
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about itself and its business references as may be required by MC International.
- Members hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license to MC International and/or Request-Funding.com to display and use all information provided by such Members in accordance with the purposes set forth in Service Term and to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights you have in such material or information, in any media now known or not currently known.
- Posted and/or Edited leads to contain fraudulent information
- Make fraudulent offers of products and/or services
- Involve to sale, buy or attempted to sale of counterfeit or stolen items
- Items whose sales and/or marketing is prohibited by applicable law
- Promoting illegal activities
