Ads Policy Terms

Trade Classifieds bring buyers and sellers together by helping them to find the right approach for their business needs. To create a trusted marketplace, we have developed a set of policies that govern the Trade Classified advertisements founded in www.mcitc.com/classifieds and in the advertised networks.

We want Trade Classifieds to be your favorite marketplace so your ideas are always welcome, and if you have any thoughts or suggestions about improving our service please contact us.

Acceptance of Terms

Trade Classifieds (a Private Network), will always have a privacy and we reserve the rights to approve or reject any applicant, review any members and/or ads. MC International may modify these policies at any time, and by requesting to be a member of to Trade Classifieds and/or submit an ad(s), you accept the terms and conditions of the Classified Ad Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

If a member does not agree to those changes, he/she must close his/her account, and continuing to use the Trade Classifieds Service will signify his/her acceptance of the updated terms listed at www.mcitc.com/terms.

Member Sign-up

To take a full advantage of the Trade Classifieds a Free Membership required, and signing up for such membership require from applicant to agree with terms and conditions of the Trade Classifieds and www.mcitc.com. MC International may, at it sole discretion, limited or remove any Trade Classifieds member, action may be taken on names which:

Represent or promote something other members may consider offensive or inappropriate.
Promote fraudulent services and products
Promote ban or counterfeited products.
Promote Spam or other form of electronic means that disturb but not limited to our web site, trade network, the other member’s computers, email, data, phone or mobile communications.

Member Obligations and Terms

Members are solely responsible for their provided information to us or to other members during the registration, trading, or posting process, in any public message area or through any email feature, including all data, documents and/or text descriptions or renderings of their products and services. We may take any action with respect to such information we deem necessary or appropriate at our sole discretion if we believe it may create liability for us or contravene with our terms and policies of the Trade Classifieds and www.mcitc.com.

MC International and/or Trade Classifieds system and its designed stuff have the right in their sole discretion to screen, refuse, modify, or reorganize any content that is available via the service. In addition, MC International and/or Trade Classifieds system have the right to temporary suspend, block or terminate any member account and refuse any and all current or future use of our service, at any time and at our sole discretion.

MC International and/or Trade Classifieds system reserve the right to add, change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of our services at any time with proper notice.

Listing Content : Members agree that their information and the content they post on Trade Classified Network:

will be true, accurate, and up-to-date;
will not be fraudulent or involve in questionable services or products;
will not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including without limitation those governing export/import control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising);
will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing;
will not be obscene or contain any form of pornography;
will not contain but not limited to any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;
will not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that
- (i) are prohibited under this Agreement or
- (ii) you do not have a right to link to or include;
are in accordance with Trade Classifieds Guidelines.

Service Fees : Unless otherwise stated, the offered service is free of charge to the approved members. We may, at our sole discretion, change some or all of our services, our Fees and Payments Policy, and/or the fees for our services.

License : Members agree to grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright and publicity rights (but no other rights) they have in your posted content, in any media now known or not currently known.

Trade Classifieds Privacy : MC International and/or Trade Classifieds will only use members personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ads Posting Policy

Members can place up to 10 different Ads per day on Trade Classifieds. Duplicate Ads or Ads that are similar to an existing Ad (e.g. for the same product or service) are not acceptable and will be rejected and/or removed (without notice).

However, members may place the same ad in up to four (4) different categories or subcategory (If you want to re-list an item that you are already advertising, please cancel your existing ad first – See info in My Account).

Prohibited Activities

Posting an item for sale a product or offer a service that is illegal to own, buy or sell in your area of residence and the area you are advertising
Placing multiple Ads that are too similar to each other
Placing an Ad that serves no reasonable purpose other than to send traffic to another web site. It may, however, include a link in Member Ad if it is to give the user more information about the item being offered (for example product details, pictures, etc.).
Placing an Ad that defames anyone or contains "hate speech." Members are not permitted to defame anyone or include "hate speech" directed at individuals or groups in your postings or in the emails that you send via Trade Classifieds Network.
Placing a multi-level marketing or other prohibited Ads
Placing pornography, nudity or other material that is obscene or adult in nature or harmful to minors.
Solicitation of other users, except by placing an Ad, including the use of Trade Classifieds e-mail services to send unsolicited emails
Infringing the rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark (e.g. offering counterfeit items for sale)
Discriminatory or offensive behavior and the usage of profanity or patently vulgar language
Encouraging others to break the law
Misleading others by false statements
Violation of US laws and regulations We reserve the right to revise, edit or delete any Ads and/or other content on the site that doesn’t comply with the www.mcitc.com policies or otherwise negatively impacts the Trade Classifieds community, www.mcitc.com or third party.

Ads Content and Descriptions

Titles and descriptions should be in English only – Any ads that use different language will be rejected by our system.

The Ads should be clear, factual, and objective and accurately describe the item it’s selling or buying and/or the service it’s offering or it’s requested. Ads with good descriptions give to the interested party a better experience and generally get better results. When writing an ad, keep in mind the following:

The Ad must directly relate to the product or service it’s offered or requested. As a basic rule, use clear, descriptive, and specific ad content that highlights the differentiating characteristics of the product/service.
You should have appropriate spacing between each word and after punctuation.
Punctuation may not be used to attract a user’s attention. It should not be unnecessary or repeated two or more times in a row.
Ads should comply with basic grammar and spelling guidelines Appropriate grammar and spelling greatly contributes to the clarity and credibility of the Ad.
The entire ad text cannot appear in all capital letters to draw user’s attention.
Repetition should not be used in a gimmicky manner for the sake of promotion.
Ads cannot contain language that may be considered inappropriate or offensive to some users. This also applies to misspellings, self-censored, or other variations of inappropriate language.

Trading Process

Members negotiate with each other through the process of formulating offers and counteroffers. MC International, Trade Classifieds or Request-Funding.com are not involve or part of such negotiation unless MC International has been direct or indirect implicated on such transactions or negotiations
Classifieds leads are text descriptions on Trade Classifieds Service on www.mcitc.com website supplied by members that either describes a good or service to buy or sell. Members may post either or both of these types of classifieds on our web site in an appropriate category or subcategory. MC International or Trade Classifieds are not responsible for the accuracy or content posted and all classifieds are subject to approval based on Trade Classifieds Ad Guidelines.
MC International, Trade Classifieds or Request-Funding.com is not responsible for resolving disputes between parties.

Trade Classifieds System

Members agree that they will not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the www.mcitc.com or www.request-funding.com sites or any transaction being conducted on our sites. Members may not take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Members may not disclose or share their loading info to any third parties or use their loading info for any unauthorized purpose. Any violator will be ban from our network without notice.
Members agree not to use a secondary account or third party to manipulate the outcome of a negotiation with another trading party. Any violator will be ban from our network without notice.
Ratings. At this moment the Trade Classifieds leads rating are disabled.

General Legal Terms

Trade Classifieds Service is provided "as is". We will try very hard to make members experience with www.mcitc.com a pleasurable one; however, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical difficulties, which may result in loss of data and/or other service interruptions. These terms are also noted in our Hosting Provider Maintenance & Downtime Policy (www.hostmonster.com/terms).

We cannot assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any Member data, communications, or personalization settings.

WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE THE WWW.MCITC.COM WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to some members. This warranty gives to some members specific legal rights and members may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

Suspension & Termination. We may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate the membership, any of member’s current classifieds, and any other information members may place on the site if they breach this Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information they provide to us.
Without limiting any other remedies, MC International and/or Trade Classifieds may suspend or terminate member account if they are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.
Limit of liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
General compliance. Members shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding members’ use of our service and members negotiations, classified ad, purchase, and sale of items and services.
No agency. Members and MC International, www.mcitc.com and/or Request-Funding.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Notices. Except as explicitly stated otherwise, Trade Classifieds, www.mcitc.com and/or Request-Funding.com may provide to members with notices via email or postings on the www.mcitc.com web site.
Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Tennessee, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either Member or Trade Classifieds may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Tennessee necessary to protect rights or property pending the completion of arbitration.
Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Tennessee / USA. And Members agree that any legal action brought against Trade Classifieds / MC International Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles, and that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from members use of Trade Classifieds / www.mcitc.com shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Tennessee.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by members or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Other Agreements. If Members and Trade Classifieds or MC International Inc. have entered into a separate written agreement that covers members use of Trade Classifieds, the terms and conditions of such agreement shall control to the extent they are inconsistent with this Member Agreement.
